Our Aqua Fit Classes take place in our indoor heated pool spaning 16.6 metres in length with four designated lanes and is ideal for hydrotherapy, lap swimming, aqua aerobics and recreational use. The pool area is complete with a unisex steam room provided at no extra cost to members.
