No mass classes, no joining fees. Quality tuition by fully certified “Classical” Pilates instructors from beginners to advanced level. Training sessions for men and women are available in private, duets, trios and quad sessions. For quality purposes, no more than 4 clients are taken on any one session. The Authentic Pilates Studio is a fully equipped studio which provides comprehensive training in the Pilates Method of body conditioning, utilising the highest quality Pilates equipment imported from NY as originally designed by Joseph Pilates.
