Join us today and start to lead your healthiest, happiest life. For those that are unfamiliar, Barre is a high energy, low impact class which will give you a heart-pumping workout. Based on a combination of ballet and Pilates this class will tone and lengthen muscles in your whole body. With no previous dance experience necessary, our classes are open to all levels (it’s ok to take a rest!). There is no denying it  Barre Attack will do wonders for toning and conditioning your whole body. A dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness, you won’t need any previous experience to enjoy the benefits of a stronger, leaner, toned body. Our Barre Bliss Class on the other hand gives you a softer version of our usual Barre class though still providing you with that wonderful fusion of Pilates, ballet and fitness. You won’t need any previous experience to enjoy the benefits of a stronger, toned and leaner body.
