Group training is perfect if you are unmotivated, bored with what you are doing or simply need a boost in your fitness! Sessions are designed to keep you motivated and wanting more. We stand out from the rest because every 8-11 weeks we change our training style and challenges. We keep you on your toes and encourage you to reach your goals and keep achieving. The weeks in between the rounds we do a week of recovery, so stretching, games and light runs. These are lighter sessions to give your body some rest and recovery time. Beware you will get more then you bargained for!
