Inna Bliss Yoga is a blissful oasis where one can seek serenity, be inspired and retreat from the constraints of daily life. Our three studio’s are nestled within Brisbane’s bayside Wynnum and South side Camp Hill and Bulimba. We offer a diversity of Yoga classes 7 days a week taught by passionate & gifted instructors who are dedicated in supporting you to safely explore strength, stamina, flexibility and a sense of wellbeing. Our classes can be challenging whilst accessible; uplifting whilst grounding and yet joyous whilst calming. With an eclectic mix of yoga classes including Vinyasa Flow yoga our specialised Beginners Yoga courses, Prenatal yoga, Active Birth and Postnatal (Mum & Bub), Inna Bliss brings Yoga to the Brisbane community that is empowering, deeply nourishing and available to all!
