This ground floor gymnasium is housed in a 120 year old brick building, with natural light, 5 meter high ceilings, exposed ceiling beams and brick walls. Previously an art space, the natural energy makes this gymnasium a desirable location. Sydney’s award winning OMG Projects has fitted out the gym and cafe with modern fittings and lighting. The juxtaposition of the sharp modern fit out inside this beautiful old brick and hardwood building makes Lift Performance Centre an incredible facility. We have spared no expense in cherry picking the best equipment from around the world. Thick rotating grip Pro Dumbbells, specialty bars and machines from the UK’s, Watson. Competition Weightlifting and Powerlifting bars and plates, and specialty racks and bars from Sweden’s, Eleiko. High performance plate loaded and pin loaded machines, pivot and adjustable benches, racks and lifting platforms from Canada’s, Atlantis. A custom gymnastics fit out including parallel bars, competition rings, wall bars and much more from Gymnova in France. This facility will impress even the most discerning enthusiast.
