Move Pilates is a physiotherapy clinic and Pilates studio built to support your health needs, from injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, to group and individual exercise classes. They cater to all fitness and experience levels so everyone is welcome. Their Pilates classes range from Foundations to Flow. If its your first time trying reformer classes, please start with at least 3-4 Foundations classes before progressing to the Basics classes as these move at a much quicker pace. The midday Express classes are a 45 minute power workout, perfect for a lunch time rush.
