At the Outdoor Squad @ Camperdown Tennis, we have multiple sets of dumbbells, kettle-bells, sandbags and dead-balls ranging from light to heavy, so there’s something for everyone. We have multiple sets of weights in each size, so even in the larger classes, The Outdoor Squad has you covered! Additionally, Outdoor Squad Camperdown members have access to a large undercover area to train under during times of inclement weather, plus shower & toilet facilities. Camperdown Tennis is conveniently located to serve the residents of Camperdown, Newtown, Stanmore & other nearby inner west suburbs. The Outdoor Squad and Camperdown Tennis recently collaborated to provide the community with a variety of programs and activities. The nearby public facilities has also received a Multi-million-dollar upgrade & now boasts a new playground, outdoor gym & Picnicking facilities. We also have access to Camperdown Oval, which is the home of Petersham RUFC one of Australias oldest rugby teams. The site boasts ample parking on Australia St and Mallet St. Camperdown Tennis is surrounded by great cafes, very convenient for grabbing a coffee after your session.

Learn the punching and kicking techniques that shred professional boxers and kickboxers. Youll get fighting fit with our non-contact cardio-resistance program that incorporates MMAXFIT. Your heart rate will soar as you combine punching combos with bodyweight conditioning to improve your overall toning.
STRENGTH N TONE:
Get strong and toned as our resistance training creates lean muscle tissue to sculpt some shape and improve your functional strength. Using a range of functional fitness strength tools such as powerbags, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX suspension systems, bodyweight, medicine balls, slam balls, dead balls and more. We also include TACFIT training.

MMAXFIT:
A unique and addictive full-body workout that features the high intensity striking and conditioning drills of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). You’ll get MMAXFit as you punch, hammer, kick, elbow and knee the shield, mixed with fun bodyweight exercises to improve your overall movement and toning. MMAXFIT was developed by a K1 Kickboxer and MMA champion, and is non contact, non combative and suitable for anyone.
GETTING THERE:
Redfern Station is 700 metres west of the park, and Central Station is 1.2km along Chalmers St. The 310, 343, 395 buses service this park. The meeting point for Redfern Park bootcamp training is near the Park Café at the Sports Oval end of the Park. During wet weather we train undercover behind the café, opposite Woolworths. Look out for your Outdoor Squad trainer and fellow members ready to train.
