The Performance Pilates & Yoga method is all about developing a system that works for you. We encourage a combination of one-on-one training sessions and small group training sessions supported by nutrition coaching. Our mission is to motivate, inspire and educate our clients and work alongside them to discover the best path to reaching their personal health and fitness goals. Private Reformer Pilates sessions are tailored each session to the individual. Small group Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre classes have a strong focus on technique and correct alignment. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or looking to develop an existing program and push yourself to new levels, our personalised approach will get you exactly where you want to be.
