Find Your Squad! As the mornings and evenings get lighter, we start to think about beach holidays and how we want to feel this summer. Group training gives you the extra encouragement, boost your need to get up and active, while keeping your health and fitness goals in check. We run 6 week programs ongoing to help with keeping you accountable and on track with the help of our trainers and coaches. Each six weeks we transform our members bodies and lives by helping them build lean muscle and burn body fat.
We run two programs “sweat” which is focused on leaning up and burning body fat while building lean muscle. Members are motivated to attend as many classes as they can over the 6 weeks. We run “strength” which is more structured with smaller group classes where we teach the group to lift with correct technique. The focus is to build strong hard bodies with lifts such as squats, dead lifts, press and pull ups. Spots are limited!
