At Addictive Pole Fitness Underwood we teach ladies aged 14 and over how to pole dance for fun and fitness. Our studio prides itself on being a super supportive environment which welcomes ladies aged 14 to no limit, of all shapes, sizes and fitness abilities. There is no weight limit, nor fitness requirement to start- we LOVE beginners and will show you how to do the basic moves, teach you how to move and dance, and then watch you transform. Pole dancing is a great all-over-body workout which will build strength, help you tone and lose weight, and most importantly, it is super addictive, fun and social. You will meet new friends and you will become obsessed! Pole dancing is the perfect, healthy way to have time out for yourself, while building self-confidence and learning to really love your body. We have free trials available, and we know that most ladies are very nervous to come in the first time, but we say- don’t think about it, just do it, and you will see that APF is the place for you!
