THE WORKOUTS

 

At Boxtagon’s Bowen Hills gym we run two programs: RIP IN (non-contact boxing) and POWER UP (functional fitness). Every single session is different and we guarantee you will get more variety at Boxtagon than at any other gym.

 

PROFESSIONAL COACHES

 

Each workout is coached by one of Boxtagon’s Head Coaches. Our coaches aren’t just “personal trainers” – their qualifications include: strength and conditioning coaches, exercise physiologists and performance coaches.

 

WE FIX BROKEN PEOPLE

 

If you’ve got a niggling injury, or maybe you haven’t exercised for years Boxtagon might be the place for you. Boxtagon has a team of exercise specialists, rehabilitation experts and physiotherapists to help get you on track and manage any conditions that may be holding you back. If you LOVE high intensity training, but have struggled with injury – drop in for a chat with one of our coaches.

 

IDEAL FOR THE TIME POOR

 

Our Bowen Hills Gym starts sessions at 5.30am Monday to Friday. We’ve thrown in a 45 minute lunch time sessions at 12 noon for local desk warriors wanting a fast and furious workout. Training at Boxtagon is one of the most efficient ways to get results and the team environment makes for an exercise program you’ll actually look forward to doing.
