Brave is so much more than the typical yoga studio in Sydney. We are a group of likeminded and passionate individuals, based in Balmain East, united in our belief that meaningful change in the life of a person is always possible no matter how big or small. Our yoga and wellness programs have been built to fund a social enterprise, developed for refugees, providing them with targeted employment and training. We believe we can facilitate their entry into communities as productive citizens. All our training is based in our yoga studio in Balmain East.
