We specialise in those new to CrossFit and introducing them to the fundamentals. Our focus is teaching correct movement & technique above all else. Many athletes when they are new to CrossFit tend to rush into adding heavy load & serious intensity when they have not yet mastered the basic movements. Our experienced & dedicated coaches will guide you through from your very first session to ensure your safe progression and improvement. We strive to ensure the safety and health of our athletes and want you to be able to fully participate in training and more importantly in your day to day life. Whilst we specialise in those new to CrossFit we can help an athlete of any standard progress to their goals. Your coaches are here to work with you to help you get the most from your training.
