At DDW, we cater for absolutely all fitness levels and different goals. Our programming will benefit an advanced athlete who is striving to make it to the CrossFit Games and at the same time, can be completely modified for an elderly lady wanting to achieve her first Pull Up. We encourage 100% effort to be put into each workout but understand that some days, this simply cannot be achieved and safety and longevity of our members is our number one priority!
