WE’RE NOTHING LIKE A NORMAL GYM, WHICH WE LOVE! We’re a community. We prioritise performance over aesthetics and we get results. Our training program is designed by three-time CrossFit Games competitor and one of Australasia’s fittest men – Khan Porter – and ensures all members are actually progressing, not just doing an hour of exercises thrown together at random. We have no place for egos. Check them at the door, or find another gym. We play cool music (mostly) and believe dancing is an essential part of any good workout. We will not encourage you to eat carrot sticks and celery. We also won’t discourage you from drinking beer.
