Mat Based Pilates: The GRIFFIT mat-based Pilates class focuses on reducing day to day chronic pain. You deserve to live an active life without physical restrictions. Team GRIFFIT is going to do our professional best to see you get it.
Run Club: Whether you are a seasoned event runner or the thought of running actually scares you, GRIFFIT Run Club has the tools to improve how you move from A to B. Our training sessions not only get you to run, but most importantly teach you HOW TO run.
HIIT 45: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines resistance work with short, fast interval based running grids. These grids will result in YOU shedding a massive 600-700 calories per workout… nice work! The methodology behind training for 45 mins lies in the increased intensity needed to complete the sessions.
Tone Lean Strong: Did you know that building lean muscle not only looks great on your body but increases your metabolism speed? A super charged metabolism is fundamental to burning body fat, and when these 2 things occur at the same time we have created the perfect storm for great training results.
Box Fit: Boxing is what it’s all about! Get ready to sweat up a storm, burn massive calories and get your heart rate sky high with a solid 50 minutes of non-stop boxing skill work. Box Fit includes stationary and moving boxing combinations, speed punching and time drills with bodyweight exercises thrown into the mix to keep you guessing!
Family Fit: Regular physical activity and a healthy diet are important factors in maintaining a healthy weight. Ensuring that you get enough exercise is also an important factor in preventing and managing chronic illnesses, such as Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
