Morningside Yoga offers beginners Svaroopa® Yoga classes. Poses are supported to meet your body. Classes run for 90 minutes and begin and end with a delicious relaxation/guided awareness. All equipment is provided, just come along in your comfy clothes and bring your aches and pains with you!
