About UBX BOXING + STRENGTH – Alexandria:

 

UBX Alexandria offers high-intensity group workouts with 1-on-1 focus and support. Everyday there is a new program that’s designed by our team of sports-scientists to help members reach and then smash their fitness goals. Built around functional strength, boxing conditioning and sports-based cardio activities, the studio strives to provide the ultimate total body workout. UBX is open six days a week, designed to suit the schedule of the busiest individuals as members don’t need to book in. They train when it’s convenient to them. At your first workout, your coach will take you through a demo explaining UBX and our unique 12 round program. Our coaches will guide you from start to finish. With each workout you will get 1-on-1 support helping you with form and technique plus individual boxing padwork.

Each workout is a balanced full-body program of boxing and functional strength with a perfect formula of anaerobic and aerobic activity

• High-intensity workouts designed to burn body fat and tone muscle

• Get a new workout everyday built around functional strength, boxing conditioning and sports-based cardio activities

• Exercises with boxing skills and drills designed to trigger the “after burn effect”

• No set class times with a new round starting every 3 minutes

 

Unlike a traditional gym, our UBX Trainers are there with you every step of the way. Their job is to motivate, guide and support you through every single workout, including 1-on-1 assistance with form and technique plus padwork.
UBX utilise the same strength and conditioning and periodised training as professional athletes and we make it accessible to you, to suit your fitness level and ensure you see results. UBX will build your strength and stamina while cutting body fat at our fully-equipped gym. UBX is the supreme full body workout in under 45 minutes.

Tue and Thu: 5:45am-9am, 12:30pm-2pm, 4:30pm-8pm
Fri: 5:45am-9am, 5pm-7:30pm
Sat: 7am-11am
