Our teachings incorporate all aspects of yoga including movement (asanas), meditation, pranayama (breath-work), nutrition, spirituality and philosophy, all interweaved with ancient traditional yogic knowledge and wisdom in a contemporary and dedicated modern school of yoga. We teach in a way that stimulates the body, mind and heart. Our core values are set deep in the highly treasured 8 Limbs of Yoga as first described by Patanjali, and yet we adapt and interpret these into an everyday modern lifestyle.
