Sweat Sessions offers two different styles of Rebound classes, Rebound and Rebound HIIT. Rebound is a 45-minute class that combines fully choreographed tracks to banging beats. You’ll be having so much fun you’ll forget your working out. This class performed on mini trampolines will have you smiling through the sweat while you burn some serious calories! Combining fully choreographed tracks to banging beats Rebound is never boring and always offers a high intensity, low impact, full body cardio and toning blast. Rebound HIIT is a 30-minute interval training class combining the toughest Rebound moves with elements of strength training for optimum calorie burn. This class performed both on and off the mini trampolines will have you smiling through the sweat while you burn some serious calories and tone your legs, booty, arms and work your core!

 

All in all both Rebound classes at Sweat Sessions in Bulimba are high intensity, low impact, full body cardio and toning workouts. Not only are both Rebound classes highly effective workouts – but they also offer some incredible health benefits too. Rebounding is a form of lymphatic drainage, it physically strengthens muscular system whilst being low impact and easy on joints. It also helps to improve balance, cardiovascular function and coordination. Although working out on a trampoline may seem a little daunting at first – Sweat Sessions expert instructors will help you to find your feet within a few classes.
