Harlow’s very own version of the traditional Pilates movement “Harlow C” is a Hot Pilates class that will have you doing slow and precise movements to the beat of invigorating music, that will strengthen targeted parts of your body. Such controlled movements will strengthen and give you better awareness of your core muscles. Protecting your whole body. This class will also help to tone your hips, thighs, arms and shoulders. You will definitely feel stronger and more invincible after your first “Harlow C” class.

 

A Harlow C class also incorporates some beautiful stretches and shavasana at the end so that you can enjoy the positive changes in your body. With all classes tailored from beginner through to advanced this is one not to miss!
