Commencing with a fast-paced 30min workout that focuses on High Intensity Interval Training, the session utilises bodyweight movements that tap into the anaerobic threshold, get the blood pumping and set your heart-rate on fire!  Backing this up with a 30min Core workout is the perfect combo as properly building up your core cranks up your power, enhances balance and dramatically improves stability.
