Beginner Class – KX Pilates Newstead

KX Pilates in Newstead offer revolutionary, fast paced, high intensity, body-toning pilates reformer workouts in just 50 minutes! The aim is to workout smarter, not longer, fusing elements of traditional Reformer Pilates with cardio and endurance training for a high intensity workout. KX Pilates Newstead‘s Beginners class is their signature entry level class. Designed for first time clients, regardless of fitness level or age. This class is the perfect introduction to KX Pilates. All first time KX Newstead clients are recommended to complete at least 1 Beginners class to familiarise themselves with their unique style before engaging in their more advanced intermediate workouts.
