Located on Montague Road, Forge opened its doors in July 2017 and ever since the local community cant get enough of this beautiful Pilates studio run by Physiotherapist Dijana Popovic!  For the unfamiliar Forge West End is a boutique Pilates studio new to the West End scene specialising in Pilates for beginners through to Professional Athletes, delivered by Physiotherapists using a well-established Clinical Pilates method – the APPI Method! With Pilates Reformer, HIIT Reformer, Pregnancy Reformer, Equipment, Mat and Clinical Pilates classes on offer, not to mention  Forge’s newly introduced Exercise Physiology and Personal Training offerings, at Forge West End there is something for everyone!

 

If you are looking for a Reformer Pilates class that focuses on building deep core, strength, flexibility and mobility through your whole body, Forge’s Reformer classes are exactly what you are looking for! Using clinical pilates methods fused with a combination of strength and conditioning, cardio and functional training, Forge West End’s Reformer Pilates Classes cater for both the beginner through to advanced. With a maximum of 6 clients per class you will recieve the individualised attention you deserve to get the most out of each workout!
