Classes begin at the barre and end on the mat, with exercises engaging specific muscle groups at a time. using isometric movements combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability. No dancing or ballet experience is required, as these are not dance classes. While the barre technique in these classes are high intensity, it is very low impact, meaning you’ll get a great workout without putting excessive stress on your joints. The Barre Classic Class at SoBa West End is undoubtedly a highly effective, full body toning class for those looking to change the shape of their body! According to SoBa, clients typically see the best results when they take 4-5 classes per week!
