Their strength program is percentage based and periodised (based on individual capability), the fitness element is scalable and able to be modified to cater to individual abilities/restrictions. Delivered in small groups (8 participants per coach), the classes are appropriate for all fitness and ability levels. The training at CrossFit 4000 is programmed and delivered by coaches with expertise in CrossFit, general strength & conditioning, weightlifting and gymnastics! A really unique point of difference at CrossFit 4000  is that the trainers work in close collaboration with an in-house treatment team, comprising of a Musculoskeletal Therapist, Acupuncturist and Remedial Massage Therapist. Additionally their Yoga team provides members with a complete recovery solution! Trust me this is not common in most CrossFit gyms and really shows the importance CrossFit 4000 places on the holistic wellness of their members!
